I hereby agree for my child to participate in STROUDSBURG WRESTKING CLUB at my own risk, of my own free will, and that I will not in any way hold the sponsor, coaching staff, board members, Stroudsburg school district officials or referees liable for any injury that I might directly or indirectly receive from training, traveling to and from, and competing in this program
