Release of Liability

Liability Waiver: I am aware that participation in recreational, competitive, and/or amateur sports with the Terrell Adult Sports & Social Club(TASSC)has some inherent risks and injury can occur. I assume the risk of all injury and agree not to sue the Terrell Adult Sports & Social Club, it’s directors, board members, coaches, agents, volunteers or the City of Terrell for any injuries caused by or resulting from participating in sports or activities offered by the Terrell Adult Sports & Social Club. By signing this waiver I also authorize the use of pictures and videos of me as a participant, to be used on the Terrell Adult Sports & Social Clubs website and posted on Social media and advertisements.
