Skill Level Overview:
Beginner - Beginner players are new to competitive dodgeball or still building foundational skills. Throw speed and accuracy are developing, live catches are less consistent, and overall game awareness is still forming. Players at this level may be more reactive than strategic and are typically learning positioning, timing, and coordinated team play.
Intermediate - Intermediate players have multiple seasons under their belt and demonstrate solid control, mechanics, and situational awareness. They can throw with moderate to strong speed, catch live balls with some consistency, and understand blocking angles and basic strategy.
Competitive - Competitive players bring a strong, consistent impact on the court. They throw with power and accuracy, pose a reliable catching threat, and understand timing, control, and pressure situations. They regularly execute coordinated team throws and demonstrate confident strategic awareness.
Advanced - Advanced players compete at a high level and often have tournament or extensive competitive experience. They combine elite throw speed and accuracy with consistent catching ability and advanced defensive reflexes. These players read opponents effectively, control tempo, call plays, and understand trade strategy in high-pressure moments. They are experienced, strategic, and capable of closing out games regardless of the numbers situation.
Skill levels may be adjusted at the discretion of the season captains & league managers.
This season is about new beginnings and unfinished business. Whether you’re stepping on the court for the first time or coming back to settle the score, there’s a spot for you in the draft.
Register, get drafted, and let the reckoning begin.
