Registration Station

First, have you completed the 5 question survey on TypeForm? If so, great!!! If not, please go back and complete a new form for each child that you are registering.

We are so excited to have you join the Kryptonite Elite Dance family!! Please be sure to complete the required waiver and read it to its entirety. Registration fee will include your dancer’s practice t-shirt (additional shirts can be purchased upon request). Our first class for K-6 will be Monday, June 7th at 6-715 pm; 7-12th grade will begin Wednesday, 7th at 6-730 pm. Welcome emails with additional information will be sent upon completion of your dancer(s)’ registration.
