Cancellation Policy (aka the fine print 😅)
We totally get that life happens — if you need to cancel, just try to do it at least 4 hours before game time.
Cancel 4+ hours ahead? No problem — you’ll get a credit for another session.
Cancel less than 4 hours before or don’t show up? Sorry, no refunds or credits.
Got an emergency? Just shoot us a message — we’re human and we’ll do our best to help.
