S4 S Kasba Open Swimming Competition

I, hereby undertake that i am taking part of S4S Kalba Open Swimming Competition at my own risk. I claim that i am physically fit to join. That, i under no circumstances hold to organizer nor the organizer is not responsible to any injury / accident that would arise out of my participation during the said tournament.
The organizer has the right to cancel the tournaments if the target entry is not achieve.
