Flames & Frames Bag Tournament Waiver

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I am voluntarily participating in the Bags Tournament. I understand that participation involves physical activity and may carry risks of injury.
2. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge the inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the tournament. I accept full responsibility for my participation.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and property owners from any and all claims, liability, or demands related to injury, illness, property damage, or other losses that may arise from participation.
4. Medical Treatment
I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in case of injury, accident, or illness during the event.
5. Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for the use of photographs, video, or other media taken during the tournament for promotional purposes without compensation.
6. Rules & Conduct
I agree to follow all tournament rules and directions given by event staff. Failure to do so may result in disqualification without refund.
