INCLEMENT WEATHER & REFUND/PAY-OUT POLICY

Inclement Weather Policy

Tournament games will be played in light to moderate rain until the field conditions are deemed unplayable by the Official and tournament Staff Members.

In the event of a torrential downpour or lightning, games will be suspended for thirty (30) minutes. After thirty minutes, the weather conditions will be further evaluated for further delay or continuation.

If continued, games will proceed; if conditions remain the same or escalate, games will be declared and if they were stopped in the third inning or further will be official.

If games were less than three innings, they will be determined by points scored; if tied, both teams will be awarded one point. If this occurs during single-elimination games, after the third inning, the game will be declared and the winning team advances.

If prior to the third inning, the winner will be determined by points scored.

Regrettably, in the event that the tournament is canceled due to severe weather conditions (rain, hurricane, forced winds, and/or continued lightning), no refunds will be provided.

In the event that the fields become unplayable during a game, the tournament will be suspended for one to two hours, or until the fields become playable or dry. Inclement Weather Refund/Pay-out Policy

If games are canceled before the commencement of the tournament, all paid players will receive a full refund of their fees, minus a $10.00 administrative fee. Please allow up to seven business days for returns fees/credits.

If games are delayed during pool play and eventually canceled, the cash prize will be distributed equally among the teams.

If games are canceled during single eliminations, the cash prize will be distributed equally among the remaining teams.

XVI. TOURNAMENT SPECIFIC RULES

All players must present their identification.

Prize money will be paid in cash to the winning team.
