Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the TourneyMasters April Football Tournament (the "Event"). I understand that participation involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents.

1. Assumption of Risk I understand and acknowledge the risks involved in participating in football and related activities, including but not limited to:

Collisions with other participants
Falls, slips, or trips
Overexertion or medical conditions arising from physical activity
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this Event.

1. Release of Liability
   I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby release, waive, and discharge TourneyMasters Limited, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from or in connection with my participation in the Event.

2. Medical Treatment
   I authorize TourneyMasters Limited to secure emergency medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary. I agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment.

3. Code of Conduct
   I agree to conduct myself in a sportsmanlike manner and abide by the rules and regulations of the Event. I understand that failure to comply may result in disqualification.

4. Photography and Media Release
   I grant permission to TourneyMasters Limited to use photographs, videos, or other media featuring me during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

5. Payment and Refunds
   I understand that registration fees are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by the organizers.

6. Agreement to Terms
   By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
