Complete the Waiver

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS Please read this information carefully and be aware that in signing up and participating in this program/activity, you will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages or loss which you sustain or create as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with this program/ activity.

By signing this agreement, you agree to hold Well Crafted Beer Company entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. You acknowledge the risks involved in Cornhole. These include but are not limited to slipping, tripping, falling, tipping over, and so forth. You are voluntarily participating and that all risks have been made clear to you. You assume financial responsibility for any damage incurred to Well Crafted Beer Company’s property and any items within. You indemnify Well Crafted Beer Company of all claims.
