Parent Code of Conduct

As a parent of an athlete within this organization, I agree to:

Follow and motivate my child to follow the Athlete Code of Conduct

Follow the organizational chain of command to express any issues or concerns

Team Liaison > Head Coach > Board Member > President of the Board

Not engage in actions that are deemed to be detrimental to the team and/or organization, which includes coaches/officials/parents/etc.

Remain off of the practice and game fields unless specifically asked by a coach to assist

Not use profanity or threatening language

Only smoke in designated smoking areas (Most facilities are smoke free)

With my signature below, I acknowledge that any violation of the Parent Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or dismissal from the team for both myself and my athlete.
