WPL SwiftNet Custodian

SwiftNets are the property of Westside Pickleball League (WPL). All nets are under manufacturer's warranty until October 2023.

Net Custodians agree to borrow SwiftNet(s) from WPL by completing the online form and paying the refundable deposit of $25 per net.

Net Custodian promises to take care of the SwiftNet:

· Handle the SwiftNet with care
· Never leave SwiftNet out in the rain
· Will pack all parts in it’s bag, and store in a dry place, while not in use.
· Will store in a safe location to avoid theft

If a Net Custodian decides to let someone else use the net, the Net Custodian is responsible for any damages.

Net Custodian will notify WPL Admin at once if any parts are missing or broken. If the net is lost or stolen, the Net Custodian will replace the lost net with a new SwiftNet 2.1 from Pickleball Central or other retailers.

If any parts are missing or broken upon return to WPL, deposit will be refunded less the cost to replace broken or missing parts not covered by warranty. Net Custodian agrees to pay for damages in excess of the $25 deposit.

The net must be returned to a WPL Admin by September 15th, 2023.
