Parents will understand that any YouthGold activities are for the benefit of children, and parents are required to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with creating a positive experience for their children and other children and their families. As a Parent or Guardian of a child registered with the YouthGold, you are responsible for the conduct of yourself, your child, your guests, and other family members. Parents will sign this contract agreeing to YouthGold's program and everything that entails.
Participation Agreement Contract for Players and Parents

1) I agree to set our schedules accordingly so that team practice sessions, practice games, and tournament games, both local and out-of-town, can be attended. In the event my child cannot attend any game or practice, we will notify the Coach and/or the team manager as soon as possible.

2) I agree to provide a copy of the player's birth certificate and all other necessary paperwork within a timely manner in order to participate in any practices and games.

3) I agree to make available player's scholastic and discipline records. I understand that being a good standing student and member of the community is expected of YouthGold players and that failure to maintain good grades or school discipline may affect a player's playtime or participation in YouthGold games and activities.

4) I agree to pay YouthGold's program initial fee of $1295, and we will have a monthly fee of $695

5) I agree that there will be no refunds to the initial fee and any of the preceding months paid.

The following are what YouthGold plans to provide and what you agree to partake in our program.

6) I agree that we are willing to practice a minimum of two times a week and attend a minimum of one tournament a month.

7) I recognize that playing for YouthGold may require traveling out of town. We are aware that some tournaments may require overnight accommodations, and all expenses associated with tournaments are extra costs that are the responsibility of each individual family. We do plan to travel to a minimum of one out of state tournament a season to ensure our players can experience different areas of the country and play baseball.

8) I agree to make efforts to keep any facilities and the fields YouthGold uses clean.

9) While my child is committed by contract to the YouthGold, we agree that he will not TRYOUT or PLAY for another Travel team unless the Coach first issues a release agreement assuming no direct conflict in scheduling. To ask for a release agreement, email the coach and c.c.' ing youthgoldsf@gmail.com, subject, release agreement. The body of the email will state the dates, times, and reason for wanting the release to play with another team.

10) I agree that I have read and signed the YouthGold Release Waiver, Code of Conduct, Program offerings, and understand that the above are the minimums we provide.

After reading the PARENT-PLAYER CONTRACT, we, the legal Parent/Guardian, agree for our child to play competitive travel baseball for YouthGold.

WE AGREE TO ABIDE BY THIS CONTRACT FOR THE LENGTH OF OUR BASEBALL TRAVEL SEASON UNLESS IT IS COMPLETELY TERMINATED BY YOUTHGOLD, OUR TEAM COACH AND/OR A CLUB OFFICIAL.
