Description
Mushin Juniors will take boys on a journey towards the concept of reaching "no mind" (second nature) Jiu Jitsu, defined as "mushin" - by drilling traditional based and modern strikes, joint locks, throws, sweeps, and falling techniques, along with variations of light and no contact sparring. This program will also physically condition the students’ bodies with strength, balance, coordination and control via warmups/exercises and drills to practice and execute the curriculum efficiently!
