Adult Improvers Training Mondays

• Having mastered the basic balls skills of serving, passing, setting and spiking, you'll be pushed to work on defending harder shots, blocking, and various attacks.
• We’ll develop your footwork, defence positioning and team dynamics, all the way to playing tournaments!

And, most importantly – we’ll have a blast improving together!

Guidance for entry to Improvers level:

You've played at least one season of beach or indoor. If in doubt, try a beginners session and discuss with Rumen.

No training on Bank Holidays.

Once you're ready to join, membership will give you anytime free play and tournament discounts, and discounts to our more expensive intermediate and advanced classes*.

*intermediate and advanced pay as you go for non- members is £13.50, members pay £10
