Statute 2.

2a.
In case of hindrance you should contact the commissioner in time, i.e. at least 24 hours before the start of the match. In accordance with the commissioner, it is possible to postpone a match one time per autumn or spring competition. In case postponement is not possible, the cancelling team will lose the match by 3-0. Additional cancelled games will automatically lead to a 3-0 loss for the cancelling team.

2b.
When a team does not contact the commissioner on time, i.e. within 24 hours of the start of the match, the team in violation will receive 1 penalty point. In accordance with the commissioner, it is possible to postpone a match one time per autumn or spring competition. In case postponement is not possible, the cancelling team will lose the match by 3-0. Additional cancelled games will automatically lead to a 3-0 loss for the cancelling team.

2c.
When a team does not show up to a match, without a proper notification to the commissioner, the team will receive 2 penalty points. Once per autumn- or spring season the commissioner will try to reschedule the match. If this is not possible, the cancelling team will lose the match by 3-0.

Statute 3.

If a team doesn't send an assistant referee or when he or she is too late, a punishment of 1 point will follow automatically for the team which didn't send a linesman.

Statute 4.

4a.
When a team receives five or more punishment points, they will immediately be disqualified. All games played until that moment will be declined

4b.
In case a disqualified team wishes to participate again in the Internal Competition, it will need to re-enroll and pay the registration fee again. This is possible at the start of the next autumn- or spring competition. The commissioner and coordinator can always deny a team to join again.

Statute 5.

5a.
Every player needs to have a valid sports card and needs to have it with him during the game. At the start of the season every player of the team needs to be subscribed to the team (which consists of 6 players), by informing the commissioner which players (including the sports card number) play in the team. If a team attracts a new player during the season, his data should be sent to the commissioner as soon as possible.

5b.
A player may not be subscribed or may not be playing for too many teams, especially not within the same class. The commissioner will decide when a player plays for too many teams. If the internal futsal commission decides that a player is in too many teams, the player need to be deregistered for one or more teams and can’t play with that team anymore. If the player still plays games for that team, the team will lose 3-0 and gets 1 penalty point.

Statute 6.

6a.
After the autumn competition the champion and number 2 of klasse 2, klasse 3, klasse 4 and klasse B will be promoted. The number last and penultimate of klasse 1, klasse 2, klasse 3 and klasse A will be degraded. No promotion/degradation matches will be played.

6b.
If two teams finish the competition with an equal number of points, the team who received penalty points will be put under the other teams. When this doesn't apply to the teams, the goal difference will be decisive. If this still isn't the solution, a decision game will be played. The time and date of this game will be published in cooperation with the commissioner.

Statute 7.

7a.
At the end of the competition year a tournament determining the General Champion will be played during the final evening. The champion and number 2 of league 1 and League A of both the autumn- and spring competition earn the right to participate in this championship. Also, the winners of the Totelos Internal Tournaments (TIT) and the reigning General Champion earn the right to participate. On this evening, there will also be opportunity to organize matches for other teams.

7b.
If the champion or number 2 of klasse 1 or klasse A of the spring competition has already earned the right to participate in the General Championship earlier in the year, the number 3 (or 4) of the spring competition will have the right to participate in the championship. If teams considered for the championship finish with an equal score, statute 6b. applies.
