Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participants must be between the ages of 8 and 20.
Parental or guardian consent is required for participants under the age of 18.
All participants must register for the event through the official Level Up League registration process.

1. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
Harassment, bullying, and any form of discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
Cheating, including but not limited to hacking and exploiting game mechanics, is strictly prohibited.

1. Registration and Fees

An entry fee may be required for participation in the events.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Level Up League.
Participants must complete the registration form and pay any entry fee before the event.

1. Equipment and Attire

Depending on the event, participants may be welcome to bring their own equipment (controllers, headsets, etc.). Level Up League will provide gaming consoles and monitors, as well as any other necessary equipment.
Appropriate attire is required. Clothing with offensive or inappropriate content is not allowed.

1. Health and Safety

Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Level Up League and the event venue.
Any injuries or medical conditions should be reported to event staff immediately.

1. Prizes and Awards

Prizes and awards will be given based on performance and participation in the events.
All decisions regarding prizes and awards are final and at the discretion of Level Up League.

1. Liability

Level Up League is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
Participants and their guardians (if under 18) agree to release LevelUp League from any liability for personal injury or harm sustained during the event.

1. Photography and Media

By participating in the event, participants consent to being photographed and recorded. These images and recordings may be used by Level Up League and any event partners for promotional purposes.
Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify event staff upon registration.

1. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified from the event for any violation of these terms and conditions.
Disqualified participants will not be eligible for refunds.

1. Amendments

Level Up League reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to the event.
