Players will have access to the following:
*2 x coached sessions a week (30-45 minutes long);
*1 x technical session - this will be age appropriate, maximum of 12 players per group. It will involve a quick chat with the coach, followed by a variety of drills and activities all designed to improve the whole player; technically and mentally.
*1 x fitness session - this will be age group specific, a quick welcome and then a variety of netball specific fitness activities (as well as some fun sessions!)
*Individual work - players will be given drills each week to work on individually; and be asked to upload videos to an online platform to receive feedback.
