- The Personal plan lets you explore every feature while publishing one schedule and one waiver with a single manager.
- Upgrade to the Business plan for unlimited published schedules and waivers, additional managers, and reduced registration payment fees.
- Plans are available monthly or annually and you can start or stop anytime with no cancellation fees.
Can I use Playpass for free?
- Yes. You can use Playpass Scheduler, Registration, Referral Program, Waivers, and Website Builder for free as long as you need.
- The free/Personal plan includes online registration and payments plus one published schedule and one published waiver.
- Upgrade only when you need more published items or additional managers.
Do you offer a free trial?
What if I only need your software for a few months each year?
- Upgrade anytime and cancel anytime—it really is a single click with no contracts.
- You can pay for just one month, cancel immediately, and continue using the upgraded features until the paid-through date. The plan won't auto-renew after that.
- When the next season begins, restart your plan from the same Billing page.
Do you offer refunds?
- No. We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel or change plans anytime with no hassle or obligations.
How can I cancel, upgrade, or change plans?
- From your billing page you can view your current plan, cancel, upgrade, or switch plans. The same page lets you review past invoices.
My season is over, how can I cancel my subscription?
- To cancel your subscription, visit Dashboard > Billing and click Cancel. Next year or next season you can easily start a new subscription. We hope to see you back in the future!
Where can I see my plan details and renewal date?

How do I update the card on file?
Do you offer pricing for large payment volumes?
- Yes. If you process high transaction volumes, email support@playpass.com with your estimated volume. We'll share a comparison sheet and help recommend the most cost-effective plan.
How can I reset my password?
- Log out (or open a private window), head to playpass.com, click Log in, then choose Forgot password? to receive a reset email.
Where do I find everything I've created on Playpass?
- Your Dashboard lists every draft, published, and archived schedule, registration activity, waiver, page, and upload that you manage.
How can I download my data?
How can I delete my account?
- You may delete your organization's account from its Dashboard > Website > Settings page.
- You may delete your personal account (including your organization's account) from Account page by clicking "Delete my account".
- Everything in your account and all of its history will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Do you offer phone support?
- No. We offer support by chat and email, support@playpass.com, and try to reply to every question within 24 hours.
- Playpass provides the software, but each organizer runs their own league or event.
- Check the confirmation email or the registration page for the organizer's contact details and reply to them directly.
- Can't locate their info? Let us know and we'll help point you in the right direction.
How do I submit a feature request?
- Email support@playpass.com with the problem you're trying to solve. We'll log the request, share updates as interest grows, and use your feedback to guide our roadmap.
Is there a Playpass mobile app?
- We don't have native iOS or Android apps, but playpass.com is fully responsive—add it to your home screen for an app-like experience in any mobile browser.
What discounts do non-profits receive?
- Registered non-profits receive 50% off standard pricing. In USD that's $9.50/month or $99.50/year (12% savings) for the Business plan.
What qualifies an organization for the Sports For Good plan?
- We're looking for organizations that bridge community divides, enrich disadvantaged groups, or drive positive change through sports.
- Programs should be free or low-cost, inclusive, and primarily funded by donations.
- Share a link, article, or doc describing your sports programs along with:
- How you find participants
- How much you charge them (if anything)
- What outcomes you consider a success
