So you're interested in your chance at $2,500? Here is what you will need, First we need to get you a team. Each team will need at least seven player on the roster to be eligible to play. Once you have assembled your team, we need to register your team. On the website you will see a tab to register your team. Click that tab and begin answering and filling in information. Team captain is the only one who should select option with team enrollment fee of $525. The rest of the players on your roster will select the free option and answer the question asking which team they belong to. The team enrollment fee can be split however each team decides. For example; A seven man roster could split up the $525 enrollment fee to $75 per teammate. It is the responsibility of the team captain to collect the fee on time for enrollment. Team enrollment closes May 14, 2019. Teams can also schedule a time to meet up to pay in person (via debit/credit card). Selecting this method of payment allows for payment plan setup and gives teams a chance to have any remaining questions answered. Money for team enrollment contributes to gym rentals, referee fees, and a portion is donated to a local charity.
Now that your team is registered. You will receive a confirmation email and a receipt of your team purchase. When all 32 team spots are filled, each team will receive a schedule electronically, you can also print out from the website, with game times and dates. We ask that every team supplies their own jersey's or numbered T-shirts to avoid delays or confusion.
It's GAME TIME! On May 31, 2019, we ask that each team show up at least 15 minutes prior to their start time. Each team will be photographed each day they advance to avoid adding players to teams during tournament. This is a single game elimination tournament, so come ready to play every time. $2,500 will be given to the winning team in cash. The winning team will have to sign off stating that they received their cash prize in full.
