Common questions
Is the registration software free?
Yes. The Free plan publishes as many registrations as you need, with no monthly price. Playpass takes a 3% fee on online payments.
What does Playpass charge on payments?
On Free, Playpass takes 3% of each online payment. Each paid plan takes less, down to 1% on Max. Stripe's card processing fee is separate, and you can add it to the player's total.
Where does the money go?
Into your organization's own Stripe account, which you connect from your dashboard settings. Stripe pays it out to your bank.
Can players sign a waiver when they register?
Yes. Attach waivers to a registration and players sign them before they finish. The Free plan publishes one waiver, and paid plans publish more.
Can captains register a whole team?
Yes. Set a price's entry type to Team, and captains name their team as they register. Free agents have their own entry type, and you can import teams and free agents into a linked schedule.
What happens when registration is full?
Turn on the waitlist. Players join it once the spots are gone, and you invite the next player when a spot opens. Each invite holds the spot for 24 hours.

Registrations are free to publish. Playpass earns a fee on online payments, and a paid plan lowers it.
