If you run leagues, tournaments, or club programs, the busy work adds up fast. We shipped a big set of updates to help you spend less time on spreadsheets, manual workarounds, and back-and-forth setup.

A lot of this came directly from organizer feedback on our Roadmap, and three of the biggest recent releases are for schedules.

Player stats and league leaders

You can now track player stats and show league leaders on round robin schedules. That means less copying results into a separate spreadsheet and an easier way to highlight top performers during the season.

Helpful details:

• Available now for soccer, hockey, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and cricket
• Turn it on from Edit > Advanced
• Enter stats from the normal Score flow on each game
• Optionally show league leaders on the public schedule

Custom standings points for sport-specific scoring rules

If your standings rules go beyond basic win-loss-tie records, you can now configure them directly in Playpass instead of managing them by hand somewhere else.

This helps with formats like:

• hockey overtime or shootout loss points
• volleyball split points for close matches
• tennis, darts, pool, or other formats where points come from the recorded score
• forfeits, no-results, and sport-specific standings columns

3rd-place and custom placement games in playoffs

You no longer need to squeeze bronze games or consolation matchups into the wrong part of an event just to make the schedule work.

Now you can:

• use Add 3rd-place game for a standard bronze matchup
• use Add custom game for one-off placement or consolation games
• keep those games visible in the normal game list and in Bracket view under Placement Games

Installment payment plans for registrations

Big registration fees can create friction for players and extra follow-up work for organizers. Installment payment plans help you lower that barrier by letting players pay over time while Playpass handles the automatic follow-up charges for you.

That means less manual chasing, less awkward payment collection, and a smoother way to fill spots for higher-priced leagues, tournaments, and programs.

Memberships for recurring billing

If you run a club, training program, or ongoing membership-based offering, you can now collect recurring dues automatically instead of managing repeat invoices by hand.

Create monthly, quarterly, or annual plans, give members a clear checkout flow, and let billing continue on schedule without extra admin work each cycle.

Lesson and facility bookings

You can now offer online bookings for private lessons and facility reservations with built-in availability controls, booking rules, and online payments.

This gives you a cleaner way to manage time slots while making it easier for players to reserve and pay without back-and-forth messages.

Products at checkout and storefronts

Selling merch, uniforms, and extras should not require a separate workaround. You can now attach products directly to registrations, bookings, and memberships, or sell them from a standalone storefront.

That makes it easier to collect everything in one checkout and gives you a simple way to offer add-ons without extra spreadsheets or separate order forms.

Player messaging from the dashboard

When schedules change or you need to send an update quickly, messaging players should be easy. You can now send messages from the dashboard and let players reply right back.

Use it for rainouts, schedule changes, reminders, and league announcements without jumping between outside tools.
