FAQ
What happens if I unpublish or archive something?
- Public visitors can no longer access that item and will see a not published/not available message with a link back to your homepage.
- Managers can still open and manage the item while signed in.
Does Unarchive make it public again automatically?
No. Unarchive moves the item back to Draft. Publish it again when you're ready to make it public.
Do I need a new share link or QR code after republishing?
No. The item URL stays the same, so existing links and QR codes work again after you publish the same item.
