How it works

Track extra member details like expiration dates, shirt sizes, or ID numbers.

Create fields from Dashboard > Players > Profile Fields. Then add or update values from a member's profile, or import them during Import Members.

Each profile field includes:

  • a Type of Text or Date
  • a Visibility of Manager only or Visible to player

Fields marked Visible to player appear on that player's secure member page. Manager only fields stay in the dashboard only.

Create profile fields

  1. Open Dashboard > Players > Profile Fields.
  2. Click New Profile Field.
  3. Enter a Field name.
  4. Choose a Type and Visibility.
  5. Click Create Field.

After a field is created, its type and key stay locked so imports and saved values stay consistent. You can still rename the field, change visibility, move it, or mark it inactive later.

Add or edit profile values

Open any member from Dashboard > Players and click Edit Profile.

Managers can update all active profile fields from one form. The Profile section also shows which fields are still blank.

Import profile fields from CSV

To import member data from a spreadsheet or another system:

  1. Open Dashboard > Players > Import Members.
  2. Upload or paste your member list.
  3. In Step 2, map each CSV column to a standard member field or a profile field.
  4. If needed, create a new profile field while mapping.
  5. Finish the import.

New fields created during import start as Manager only. Imported values appear on the member profile after import.

Active profile fields can also appear as columns in the Players table view. When you download the players CSV, active profile fields are included there too.

FAQ

Can players edit their own profile fields?

  • Players can only see fields marked Visible to player on their secure member page. Managers update profile fields from the dashboard.

What happens if I mark a field inactive?

  • Inactive fields stay on historical records but no longer appear in imports or profile editing.

What kinds of data work best in profile fields?

  • Use Text for items like Member ID, Shirt Size, or notes. Use Date for items like expiration dates or renewal dates.
