See revenue, signups, returning players, schedules, and attendance for your organization or one program.

See how your organization is doing
Open Dashboard > Reports. The Overview shows:
- Revenue after refunds, over time and by where it came from: registrations, memberships, bookings, orders, and sponsorships
- Programs, ranked by revenue, with each one's signups and the people who didn't finish signing up
- Players: new players over time, and how many came back from the year before, by their activity that year
- Schedules, with their teams, games played, and followers
- Attendance totals when you use check-in
The Overview starts with This year. Use Filters to choose This month, Last month, Last year, Last 12 months, or Custom dates. Numbers compare with the same dates a year earlier.
Owners and Managers see everything. Registration Helpers see money, signups, and attendance. Scheduling Helpers see schedules, and Scorekeepers see the schedules they score.
Focus on one program or schedule
Choose your organization's name at the top of Reports to pick one activity, membership, booking page, storefront, or schedule. You can also choose Reports in its More menu. An activity's report covers all its signups, and a schedule's covers its whole season.
- Activity: signups by week compared with the activity it was copied from, signups and revenue by price, how many players came back from that activity, and who didn't finish signing up, with their email and phone so you can follow up. Choose another activity under Compare with, or No comparison.
- Membership: revenue, current members, and members who joined or canceled.
- Booking page: revenue, bookings, players, and cancellations.
- Storefront: revenue, orders, buyers, and refunds.
- Schedule: games played, teams, and followers. Schedules other than playoffs also show whether they're balanced: games per team by court and home or away, how often each pair of teams meets, partners in Rotating Partners schedules, and how games fall across start times and timeslots.
