Choose where to sell

A product is something a buyer can add to checkout, such as a jersey, camp shirt, or donation. Create it once in Dashboard > Products, then add it to a storefront, registration activity, membership, or booking page. A storefront gives products their own public shop page. You can share the storefront link or add it to a section on your organization's website.

Use a sponsorship program when sponsors need packages, logo uploads, approval, and website placement. A simple donation can be a product in a storefront.

Create a product

Go to Dashboard > Products and create a product with a name and price. Add a description and image if they will help buyers choose. Save the product, then edit it to set up options, stock, personalization, checkout questions, and the maximum number of copies per order.

You can also create a basic product while creating a storefront. Edit the product afterward to add the other settings.

Sell sizes or other options

In Options and stock, turn on Sell separate sizes or options. Add a row for each choice, such as Youth small or Adult large. Each option can have its own price and Available stock. The standard size buttons can add a starting set of labels that you can edit.

Leave an option's price blank to use the product's base price. Enter 0 to make that option free. Leave Available stock blank for unlimited stock; enter 0 to show that option as sold out. Options with their own prices and stock replace the single product price and stock at checkout.

If you turn options off later, buyers see one version at the base price. Set the product's Available stock for that version: stock from the options is not copied to it. Wait for pending checkouts holding option stock to finish before switching.

Track stock or limit each order

For a product without options, set Available stock on the product. For a product with options, set it on each option. Playpass reduces available stock when a paid checkout holds an item, so a buyer cannot take the same last unit while that checkout is pending. A confirmed failed or expired checkout releases its hold. Closing a checkout page alone does not confirm that payment failed.

Use Max per order to limit how many copies one buyer can choose in a checkout. It does not set the total stock. To restock, edit Available stock. A refund does not add stock back automatically; decide whether the item can be sold again before increasing it.

Offer personalization and ask questions

Turn on Offer personalization to let buyers choose which copies to personalize. Set Personalization added price if each personalized copy costs more. Buyers can mix plain and personalized copies, including different options, in one checkout.

Add Checkout questions to collect details for each copy, such as a printed name or number. Choose an answer method, whether an answer is required, and whether to Ask during checkout. Select Ask only for personalized copies for details that plain copies should skip. A required question without that setting applies to every copy. Product checkout questions may require an eligible plan or Stripe setup; the editor shows the available setup action.

Create and publish a storefront

Go to Dashboard > Products > Storefronts and create a storefront. Attach an existing product or create a basic one in the same form. After saving, edit the storefront to add more products, a subtitle, description, and image. Publish it when you are ready for buyers, then share its link or add it to a website section.

The same product can also be offered during registration, initial membership checkout, or booking checkout. Those flows use the product's options, stock, and personalization settings, but the storefront's delivery choices apply only to storefront orders.

Set up pickup and shipping

Open the storefront's Edit > Delivery section. Local pickup is always available and free. Add Pickup instructions (optional) to tell buyers where or when to collect an order.

Turn on Offer shipping to let buyers choose shipping at checkout. Set one Flat shipping fee per order, or leave it at 0 for free shipping. Buyers who choose shipping enter a recipient name and address. The recipient name starts with the name of the signed-in person placing the order; they can change it if someone else should receive the package.

To charge for shipping, connect a Stripe account and make sure it can accept payments. Until then, a storefront with a positive shipping fee offers pickup only. Free shipping can still be offered on a free order.

Review orders and fulfill them

Completed storefront orders and products bought in other checkouts appear in Dashboard > Orders. Open an order to see the chosen products, options, personalization answers, and pickup or shipping details. The order keeps those details even if you later change the product or storefront. Use Download fulfillment CSV when you need a list for packing or pickup; an order with several products or personalized copies can occupy several rows.

Archiving a product removes it from future checkout while keeping its purchase history. Check pending orders and stock holds before changing options or stock. If an item is returned or refunded and can be sold again, update its available stock yourself.

Common questions

Why does an option say sold out?

Check that option's Available stock in the product editor. The editor also shows units held by pending checkouts. Max per order is a separate limit and does not replenish stock.

Why is shipping missing at checkout?

Check Offer shipping and the storefront's Flat shipping fee. If the fee is greater than 0, the organizer's Stripe account must be ready to accept payments. Pickup remains available.

Can buyers choose different sizes or personalize only some copies?

Yes. They can choose different options and decide which copies to personalize in the same checkout. Add copy-specific checkout questions when you need the details for fulfillment.

Do refunds restore stock?

No. Edit Available stock if the returned item can be sold again.
